Santorini, Greece

Did you know that it is traditional for the bride to arrive on a donkey for a wedding in the Greek Islands? Here's lovely Jenna arriving at the church in Santorini (AKA Thira), Greece.

Santorini is one of the beautiful Cyclades often referred to as the "Isles of Greece." The dazzling white-washed houses and famous blue-domed churches decorate the blood-red cliffs.
I recommend late April or early May as the best time to visit these islands so you avoid the summer crowds. Do be sure to spend at least 2 to 3 days on Mykonos Island. It's just a couple of hours away if you take the ferry.
Both islands are wonderful locations for your destination wedding or honeymoon.
